Yerevan is hosting the 4th all-Armenian education forum, panorama.am reports. Participants in the forum were greeted by the Minister of Communities, Granush Akopyan, and Minister of Science and Education, Armen Ashotyan, who read out a message from President Serzh Sargsyan. The forum opened at the concert hall of Arno Babadjanyan.
Various political and social activists of Armenia were present. The goal of the forum was to gather together the best representatives of education of Armenia, communities, Artsakh and Javakh to discuss ways of solving the problems of the coming two years, the minister of education said.
The minister has big expectations, he hopes that the three-day forum will result in the development of a new resolution, where old and new programs will be considered. 150 Armenian teachers from 26 countries and other representatives of the Armenian community have arrived to participate in the event.
