Nathalie Goulet, head of the monitoring mission of the French Senate in Azerbaijan, said that no violations had been registered in the Gubinsky District of Azerbaijan during the presidential polls.
Goulet reminded that she had monitored the Azerbaijani elections in 2003.
Mohammad Salehi, an observer of the French Senate, said that there had been a lot more monitoring missions in Azerbaijan, compared with France.
According to preliminary polling results, Ilham Aliyev got 2,282,936 votes or 84.73%.
