Soltan Semyonov, ex-Mayor of Karachayevsk, will stand trial at the Karachayevsk City Court on Friday, said a spokesman for the Supreme Court of Karachay-Cherkessia Marat Janibekov, Interfax reports.
The ex-mayor is suspected of wasting 19.5 million rubles of budget funds.
