The first aviation festival "Light Wings of the North Caucasus" is expected to be held in Kislovodsk on October 26-27. Over 30 planes and 60 pilots from Moscow, Rostov-upon-Don, Volgograd, Krasnodar, Armavir and Stavropol are expected to take part in the event.
