The death rate in Russia's Krasnodar Territory has decreased by 14.9 percent, Yuga.ru cites the press service of the region's public healthcare ministry as saying in a statement.
According to the body, in 2013 the death rate among children in the region constituted 5.7 per thousand, which is lower than the average figure in the Southern Federal District and Russia in general.
