Russia's North Caucasian republic of Kabardino-Balkaria is going to develop a new alarm system which will be used in cases of emergency, the region's office of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations says on its website.
The system is expected to be tested in the towns of Tyrnauz and Prokhladny.
