The Azerbaijani Embassy in Moscow said today that it had sent a note to the Russian Foreign Ministry, stating that Azerbaijani consuls will help Orkhan Zeynalov, the suspected murderer of Moscow resident Yegor Shcherbakov.
The note says that Zeynalov needs lawyers and may need a translator.
