A blast happened in the yard of a mosque in Dugulugbey in thr Baksansky District of Kabardino-Balkaria) at 3.20 am today, said spokeswoman of the regional Interior Ministry Marina Kyasova, RIA Novosti reports.
Human remains were found at the scene. Windows were shattered in nearby houses.
