Azerbaijani national Orkhan Zeynalov, who is believed to be responsible for killing Moscow resident Yegor Shcherbakov, has officially been charged with murder, the spokesman for the Moscow office of the Russian Investigative Committee, Sergey Stukalov, is quoted by RIA Novosti as saying.
Yegor Shcherbakov was killed on October 10th in Moscow's Biryulyovo district. Two days after the incident local residents started a mass uprising, during which several persons, including a riot police officer, were wounded.
