24 residential areas in the Kumtorkalinsky, Karabudakhkentsky, Nogaysky, Kizlyarsky and Tarumovsky Districts of Dagestan with 21,000 residents experienced a power cut at 6.00 pm on October 20, Yuga.ru reports.
223 substations of 15MW were shut down. Dagenergoset restored power in 13 residential areas by 7.30 pm. 12,800 people are still suffering from the power cut.
