The owner of a private brick factory in the Babayurtovsky District of Dagestan stole gas worth 3 million rubles from Gazprom Mezhregiongaz Pyatigorsk, the Dagestani Interior Ministry reports.
The police found an illegal tie-in connected to the gas network on the outskirts of Adilyangiyurt.
