A bomb equivalent to 12kg of TNT was found by locals 300m away from the checkpoint of the Makhachkala Highway near the Kirgu Trade Center in Khasavyurt (Dagestan), ITAR-TASS reports.
The bomb was made from a 12-liter bucket. Specialists have defused the device.
