Nobel peace laureates discuss poverty and human rights

The 13th annual summit of Nobel Peace Prize laureates opened on Monday in the Polish capital Warsaw. The laureates assembled at the event are discussing challenges the world is facing such as armed conflicts, economic inequality and migration.

 

Iran's Dr. Shirin Ebadi, former South Africa President Frederik de Klerk and the Dalai Lama are among the participants in the summit.

 

Dr. Ebadi focused on women's rights in her country and in the Middle East in general.
