A bus passenger from Kazbulatov travelling from Neftekumsk to Moscow was caught with an F-1 grenade and 800g of explosives on the 458th km of the Astrakhan-Stavropol Highway in the Ipatovsky District of the Stavropol Territory yesterday, ITAR-TASS reports.
