An unidentified man activated a bomb equivalent to about 400g of TNT filled with projectiles in Makhachkala yesterday, RIA Novosti reports.
No one was injured by the explosion, but the projectiles damaged the local power line. A crater with a diameter of 120cm and depth of 30cm was left. Parts of a cellphone were found in the area.
