One of the three militants killed on Monday in the Laksky district of Dagestan was the leader of the Levashinskaya criminal group, according to the information center of the National Anti-Terrorist Committee.
The name of the killed militant is Khalid Rabaanov, RIA Novosti reports. His gang was engaged in killing local law enforcement officers and money extortion.
