A 43-year-old Chechen man suspected of terrorism was detained in Nokolayev (Ukraine), ITAR-TASS reports.
The police say that the man crossed the Ukrainian border illegally in late 2012. According to Ukrainian law, a foreigner is allowed to stay in the country for 90 days. The suspected militant stayed longer than permitted and was hiding out in Odessa.
