The power of the bomb that exploded today in the center of Pyatigorsk had an explosive power equivalent to 30 kg of TNT, RIA Novosti reports.
According to the latest information, 23 people were injured in the explosion.
Medical staff from the federal medical department will be sent to Pyatigorsk, while some of the injured will have the opportunity to receive treatment in Moscow.
