The Interpol independent commission for file control will have a session in early December and will decide whether to put Suleyman Kerimov, a member of the Federation Council, and a set of top managers of the Belarusian Potash Company on the wanted list or not, Interfax reports.
Interpol will determine whether prosecution of Kerimov will be categorized as political, military, religious or racial. The Interpol Charter does not allow prosecution under the said categories.
