The police of Kabardino-Balkaria have detained a resident of Khamidiye who is suspected of stabbing a soldier of the Internal Forces of the Russian Interior Ministry, Yuga.ru reports.
The incident happened at a lake on the outskirts of Maysky at 6.15 pm on November 14. The soldier died in hospital.
