Two militants surrounded in a private house this morning have been killed in Makhachkala, RIA Novosti reports.
Three militants attacked police officers in Makhachkala last night. One of the assailants was killed and two others hid in a private house.
Specialists said that a Stechkin pistol and a Sayga carbine the militants carried were used to attack law enforcers. The carbine had been used to kill Z.S. Madanov, a judge of the Leninsky District Court, M.R. Shapiyev, a judge of the Dagestani Supreme Court, and his son.
