Georgian Chief Mufti Jemal Paksadzeh has thanked Georgian ex-Prime Minister Bidzina Ivanishvili, incumbent Prime Minister Irakly Garibashvili and the administration of the Adigen District for restoring the minaret in Chela (Georgia), News Georgia reports.
The minaret was taken down on August 26, provoking major outrage.
