Turkish law enforcers have foiled an attempt on the life of President Abdullah Gul, Trend reports.
An unidentified assailant appeared at the president’s residence in Ankara and handed a package of cash to one of the security guards, saying that it was a ciphered message only the president knew.
Security officers checked the guest and found a pistol. The man admitted that he was planning to kill the president and repeat a scene of the Valley of the Wolves series (put down a gun in front of the president and express readiness to serve the country and state leader).
