Khabib Akhgubekov, Junior Lieutenant of Police in Khasavyurt, in Dagestan, died in hospital after the car he was travelling in was attacked by an unidentified assailant in Khasavyurt yesterday, Yuga.ru reports.
The police initiated the Vulkan-4 counter-terrorist plan to find the assailant. They found 18 shells, 3 bullets and 2 bullet fragments of 9mm caliber in the area.
