Head of the road service of the Southern Military District and his subordinate died in a car accident on the M21 Highway in the Tatsinsky District (Rostov Region) yesterday, Interfax reports.
The colonel and warrant officer crashed into a truck when trying to pass ahead of other vehicles. Visibility was low due to bad weather when the accident happened.
