The Kazakh Embassy in Azerbaijan will organize a special reception at the Fairmont Baku Hotel to mark the Independence Day of Kazakhstan, News Azerbaijan reports.
State officials of Azerbaijan, diplomats accredited in Baku, scientists and artists will take part in the celebrations.
Kazakhstan will mark the 22nd anniversary of independence on December 16.
