Constantine Romodanovsky, Head of the Russian Federal Migration Agency, said at a meeting with Vladimir Lukin, Russian Ombudsman, that xenophobia and national intolerance were on the rise in the country, Interfax reports.
He noted that many foreigners were to blame for hatred by behaving disrespectfully. Radical organizations used the ethnic tensions, hatred of migrants and racism for their own benefit, the official concluded.
