One of the police officers attacked by unidentified assailants in Chegem in Kabardino-Balkaria on Tuesday night has died, RIA Novosti reports.
A group of three people was attacked. One of them was a police officer, who was shot dead, another officer died in hospital and their passenger is undergoing treatment. A criminal case was initiated for an attack on police officers and the trafficking of weapons.
