Russian Vice Prime Minister Olga Golodets said that migrants coming to Russia for work will be checked for professionalism in 2015, Interfax reports.
She explained that there was no control over the qualification of labor migrants at the moment. Golodets noted that collapses of roads or bridges were sometimes as a result of unskilled workers.
