Bas-relief dedicated to Heydar Aliyev presented in St. Petersburg

A bas-relief dedicated to the national leader of Azerbaijan, Heydar Aliyev, was presented today to the public on 6 Gorokhovaya Street in St. Petersburg. This building served as the Higher School of the KGB of the USSR, which Aliyev attended from 1949-1950.The event was attended by members of the Consulate General of the Republic of Azerbaijan in St. Petersburg, representatives of the Society of Friends of Azerbaijan "Nakhchivan" as well as active members of the Azerbaijani diaspora in the northern capital.A bas-relief dedicated to the national leader of Azerbaijan, Heydar Aliyev, was presented today to the public on 6 Gorokhovaya Street in St. Petersburg.
