Eli Kadyrov, son of the head of the Chechen Republic, has become hafiz after learning the Quran by heart.
Kadyrov shared the news with his subscribers on Instagram, the official website of the government and the head of the Chechen Republic reports.
Kadyrov wrote that Eli became hafiz on the birthday of his sister Ashura thus making her a present.
