A group of militants has been surrounded in a private house in Bylym in Kabardino-Balkaria. They refused to surrender and opened fire at the law enforcers, RIA Novosti reports.
The counter-terrorism operation regime in the area has been in force since Sunday morning. Two militants have been killed in the operation. The operation was halted until Monday morning.
