Gaji Makhachev, Dagestani Vice Prime Minister and ex-Envoy to the Russian President, died in a car accident in Moscow last night, RIA Novosti reports.
His car hit the concrete blocks on the traffic strip and hit oncoming vehicles. Five people, including three children, were injured and three died.
