The police have detained a watchman in Kabardino-Balkaria. The man carried a grenade, ammunition and marijuana. He is also suspected of providing militants with food, medicaments and other products necessary for terrorism, RIA Novosti reports.
A criminal case was initiated on charges of trafficking weapons and drugs.
