Two OMON officers from Tuva had a conflict with four visitors in a café in Mineralniye Vody at about 8.00 pm on December 22, ITAR-TASS reports.
One of the officers used tear gas against them. The officers and the cafe visitors moved out to the streets where one of the officer fired three shots from a Makarov pistol, injuring two young men. The injured were hospitalized in intensive care.
Investigators of the Stavropol Territory are checking the scene of conflict. They say that the officers were sent to Nalchik.
