The famous Russian artist Nikas Safronov attended the Third International Humanitarian Forum held in Baku this autumn. The artist discussed his trip to Baku with a Vestnik Kavkaza correspondent.
"When I arrived in Baku I was fascinated. It's a very beautiful city, full of light, modern. It's like a fairy-tale city," the artist says.
The artist stresses that even though many compare Baku with Dubai, the Azerbaijani capital is much more beautiful. "The trees are old and real, there are many ancient buildings, nice gardens and yards," he says.
