15 people died and about 23 were injured in the second recent blast in Volgograd, said Vice Governor Vasily Galushkin, Interfax reports.
Russian Vice Prime Minister Olga Golodets and Healthcare Minister Veronica Skvortsova are operating at at the scene of the explosion.
Some of the people injured in the trolleybus blast was moved to Moscow. Most of them are in grave condition. The trolleybus was almost totally destroyed. The windows of nearby houses were shattered.
17 people were killed in a previous blast at a train station in the city yesterday.
