Dagestani President Ramazan Abdulatipov has expressed condolences to the Governor of the Volgograd Region Sergey Bozhenov over the recent deadly blasts in the city, RIA Novosti reports.
Abdulatipov offered any help necessary to help people injured in the blasts recover.
