The aim of the organizers of the terrorist attacks in Volgograd is to incite religious xenophobia in the country, the Russian Foreign Ministry said today.
"The attack, cynically planned on the eve of New Year celebrations, is another attempt to... cause panic and chaos, incite inter-faith enmity and conflicts in the Russian society." RIA Novosti quotes the ministry's statement.
