Today the Senegal military detained the Russian trawler "Oleg Naydenov" off the coast of Guinea- Bissau, the head of the Public Relations Center of Rosrybolovstva (the Russian Federal Fisheries Agency), Alexander Savelyev said today.The incident occurred 46 miles off the coast of Guinea- Bissau. Four soldiers from Senegal boarded the trawler. According to the agency, the crew of the fishing vessel had been simulating a failure of the main engine in order to maintain its position in an area favourable for fishing.
