UN stops updating information on Syrian casualties

The office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights has stopped updating information on the number of people killed in the conflict because agents of the international organization cannot reach Syrian residential areas.

The UN failed to confirm data on casualties provided by six independent sources.

According to the latest UN data, over 100,000 people have died in the Syrian conflict.
