Anatoly Yakunin, Chief of the Moscow Police Directorate, ordered an operative group to be formed to find the people responsible for burning the Holy Quran and posting a video of the process on the Internet, ITAR-TASS reports.
Unidentified figures on the video were seen burning the holy book, making vulgar comments and forcing metro passengers of foreign appearance to disavow Allah.
