Karachay-Cherkessian Leader Rashid Temrezov proposed a contest for journalism skill, Interfax reports.
Winners of the contest will be awarded with a premium named after the republic’s leader, said Yevgeny Kratov, Minister for Nationalities, Mass Communications and Press. His ministry and the Karachay-Cherkessian Union of journalists will work on the contest and awards. They will soon present their progress.
