The authorities in Russia's Rostov Region have banned hijabs and other religion-related clothes at school, 161.ru reports.
The local authorities have also adopted three types of school clothes: daily clothes, ceremonial attire and sports wear for physical education.
Such rules for school clothes have also been adopted in the Stavropol Territory. The Supreme Court of Russia approved the measures, despite protests from the Muslim population.
