Judge Marion Bowler said yesterday that the trial of Azamat Tazhayakov and Dias Kadyrbayev, two friends of Boston Marathon blast suspect Jokhar Tsarnayev, will start on June 23.
Their lawyer requested a postponement of the trial until January 2015.
The blast happened in April 2013. Tazhayakov and Kadyrbayev are citizens of Kazakhstan. They are suspected of hindering the investigative process and encouraging Tsarnayev to organize the blasts. They may get 25 years imprisonment.
