The trial of Kemal Borlakov, Khusin Kubanov, Amin Aybazov, Eldar Borlakov and Ruslan Gloov on coup,charges and being members of illegal armed formations, purchase, storage and carrying weapons and organizing an extremist society will start on January 30, ITAR-TASS reports.
Their criminal case was sent to the Supreme Court on December 27, 2013, according to the court’s spokesman Marat Janibekov.
The court extended the arrest of the five suspects until June 27, 2014.
