Gazprom Mezhregiongaz Pyatigorsk has been fined 650,000 rubles by the anti-monopoly service of Kabardino-Balkaria for unjustified billing of Karina Orkvasova from Mayskoye of 5,000 rubles, ITAR-TASS reports.
The woman was billed for natural gas when, in fact, she overpaid for it. She was also billed for using gas for a boiler which her house did not have.
