About 200 people have gathered at the Palace of Nations in Geneva to express support for Syrian President Bashar al-Assad, ITAR-TASS reports.
The demonstrators carry flags of Syria and Russia. The activists said that Syrians from European countries gathered in Geneva to encourage a peaceful settlement of the conflict.
