High school student shoots teacher and officer in Moscow

The shooter at Moscow school N263 who held a class of 20 students was identified as one of the high school students.

He has been neutralized. Gulnara Penkova, spokeswoman of Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin, said that the situation was under the mayor's personal control.

A police officer and a teacher were killed. One other officer was injured.
