The Chechen Ministry for Youth has started the Chechen Youth of the 21st Century Contest to mobilize young people to find solutions for public problems in the republic, the NCFD and Russia, the Chechen government reports.
The contest program envisages improvement of training techniques of young teams preparing for the All-Russian Seliger-2014 and All-Caucasian Mashuk-2014 Forums.
The projects were split into tens of basic nominations, including science and technical creativity, civil journalism and political activities.
The contest will be held in 3 stages: selection of participants until April 12, 2014, education program on April 21-26, exhibition of projects on May 12-21.
